You can pay securely using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro or PayPal. All card payments are processed safely through Paypal.
Delivery
UK orders: £2.95 for postage & packaging, or free when you spend £40 or more.
International orders: at present we only deliver to the uk unless you are purchasing downloads which don’t require delivery. Our site will be updated when this changes.
We post using Royal Mail, and aim to send your package the next working day unless ordered on Friday. It will be posted on Monday excluding UK bank holidays.
Once your order is on its way, UK deliveries usually arrive up to 5 working days, and international deliveries take up to 15 working days depending on your location.
International customers: Your country’s customs may charge import duties or fees. This is out of our control. If there are charges, you’ll be contacted directly by your postal service with instructions on how to pay.

Downloads
Digital items are available instantly once payment is confirmed, no shipping costs. You’ll find the download link on your order confirmation page and anytime in your My Account area.
Returns & Exchange Policy
We hope you love your purchase. However our handmade, download & preloved products are non-refundable.
A: Digital Downloads example printables
No refunds on digital products if downloaded, if you have not download the product we can offer a refund, within 7 days of the date you purchased the item(s). Note, it’s from the date you purchased the product.
B: Physical Products
You may return your item to us for a full refund less any shipping charges. Returns must be delivered to us within 10 days of the date you received the item(s). [Example: If you received your order on the 1st of the month, it would need to be delivered back on our end by the 10th.] We do not accept returns made more than 10 days after the original order date.
Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for a refund. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
C: Exclusive, Limited Edition Products
You may return your item to us for a full refund less any shipping charges. We cannot offer an exchange for exclusive & limited edition items because we only offer a certain number of these items, so when they are gone, they are gone. Returns must be delivered to us within 10 days of the date you received the item(s).[Example: If you received your order on the 1st of the month, it would need to be delivered back on our end by the 10th.]Returns delivered after 10 days and up to 30 days will be issued in the form of store credit. We cannot accept returns made more than 30 days after the original order date.
